# IO Frog Access

## Introduction

Some issues you may encounter will require us to have a look at your setup on the **IO Frog platform**. You can give other users access to individual devices, groups or subgroups.

## Step-by-step instructions

### 1. **Click on the group name and go to Group management**

### **2. Choose the group/subgroup you want us to access from the list on the left**

### **3. Click on Grant access**

### 4. **Type in the email address of the new user and then choose what devices you want us to have access too. Make sure that our access is at least on Device Manager level!**

### **5. Click Ok**
