# SimplePack 2.0 Introduction

SimplePack 2.0 is the predecessor of [SimplePack 3.0/4.0 (Plus)](broken://pages/UoqQEUZEEfM1FdQAh1z7). The device offers a lot of possibilities with its [7 User Modes](broken://pages/aGT0jRrsM80wipMbqKmZ) using only the button and the accelerometer at a very reasonable price point. **A lot of music for €15!**

## Platforms

Simple Hardware is not the IoT platform business and we are happy to support and list any platform supporting our devices. However, out of all the available platforms, we strongly recommend the [IO Frog platform](https://iofrog.com) as our devices are fully integrated.

## User modes

The SimplePack 2.0 **API 5** firmware supports 7 User Modes that have a lot of possibilities and offer plenty of customization.
