How to Report Issues

If you're not sure how to solve a technical problem you have with our devices, please contact our Support Department via a ticket. In order to support you, we need to know:

  1. What device you have a problem with
  2. HW revision of the device
  3. SW revision of the device
  4. Device ID
  5. Issue description in detail:

    • What do you want to achieve?
    • Which instructions are you following?
    • Which steps have you taken?
    • What were the expected results?
    • What were the real results?

If you can, attach a screenshot, an image or a short video of your issue to the new ticket. This is often the easiest way for both of us.
