How to Report Issues¶
If you're not sure how to solve a technical problem you have with our devices, please contact our Support Department via a ticket. In order to support you, we need to know:
- What device you have a problem with
- HW revision of the device
- SW revision of the device
- Device ID
Issue description in detail:
- What do you want to achieve?
- Which instructions are you following?
- Which steps have you taken?
- What were the expected results?
- What were the real results?
If you can, attach a screenshot, an image or a short video of your issue to the new ticket. This is often the easiest way for both of us.
