How can I contact support? How to open a support ticket?

In order to support you, we need to know:

  1. Name of the product
  2. HW revision
  3. SW revision
  4. ID of the product
  5. Issue description in detail:
  • What do you want to achieve?
  • Which instructions are you following?
  • Which concrete steps have you taken?
  • What were the expected results?
  • What were the real results?

If you can, attach a screenshot, image or a short video of your issue to the new ticket. This is often the easiest way for both parties. And since time is limited, the preferable one.
