All You Need to Know After You Order

Invoice adjustment

In case you made a mistake or forgot to add something on the eshop, we can add it to your invoice manually. If you find yourself in such situation, please contact us at:

Invoice reception

If you pay by card, you will receive your invoice shortly into your email (check your junk folder in case it takes suspiciously long time). If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive your invoice when we receive your money - it will be automatically sent to your email inbox.

Order dispatch

If you've already paid for your order, you can check if your order was shipped or not in your account on the eshop. You will also receive an email informing you that your the package is dispatched and in this email, you will also receive the tracking number.
