# How to Replace the Battery in xxxxIndustry and xxxxMeter Devices

**Estimated Time:** Approximately 2.5–3 minutes per device; proficiency increases with practice.

**Video Tutorial:** For a visual demonstration of the battery replacement process, refer to the following video: [Battery\_replacement](https://youtu.be/8_XTzv0f1xQ)

**Prerequisites:**

* Have the appropriate replacement battery on hand.
* Gather all the necessary tools and materials needed, as shown in the image below.

**Safety Precautions:**

* Avoid contact with battery terminals to prevent short circuits.
* Dispose of old batteries according to local regulations.

In the above image, we have

* Torx screwdriver size 6
* A battery replacement kit consisting of the double-sided tape, shrink foil, and black foam
* Batteries 3.6 volts
* Tweezers (use the flat end of the tool to remove batteries, as shown in the image and video)
* Pliers (To cut the shrink foil)

### Written instructions:

1. Remove the screws with a Torx screwdriver (size 6)
